Mr. Harrington joined Ryan Labs in 2007 as a Fixed Income Senior Portfolio Manager. His management experience covers LDI (Liability Driven Investing) and Active Core (Index) portfolio strategies. Jim’s sector specialty is in Mortgage/Structured products.

 Before joining Ryan Labs, Jim held positions over the last ten years as: Managing Director at CRT Asset Management; Assistant Director of Investments at New York State Insurance Fund; and Vice President/Principal of the Fixed Income Department at Walsh Manning.
