From 2000 through 2002, Ms. Stiglin held the position of Senior Systems Analyst at Ryan Labs.  Ms. Stiglin is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of all of Ryan Labs proprietary analytics, indices, and client reporting.  Ms. Stiglin was re-hired in July 2004 to resume her former responsibilities. 

Ms. Stiglin has 21 years of experience researching, developing, and programming systems and models for the financial services industry. 

From 1991 to 1993, Ms. Stiglin was Assistant Director of Value-Added Applications Development for Dow Jones Markets (Telerate Systems, Inc.). 

Previously, Ms. Stiglin was Development Manager for IQFS/Bankers Trust, Project Manager for Fundamental Brokers, Implementation Manager and Principle Designer for Swiss Bank, G.E. Capital, Paine Webber, and Hyatt Technical Center.
