Doug joined Ryan Labs in 1995 as Managing Director. Prior to Ryan Labs, Doug was Managing Director of fixed income, options, and futures strategies at Matrix Capital Management and Vice President of BEA Associates where he managed equities, fixed income, and options.

Doug is Founder and former Chairman of Buck Investment Services, a money management search and selection firm where he also developed advanced performance analytics and modeling technologies.

He has been a consultant to the PBGC and World Bank, has participated in Financial Accounting Standards deliberations, served as Chairman of the Employee Benefits Research Institute, been project manager for the Council of Economic Advisors for the White House, and a member of the Grace Commission.

Dr. Love has also taught at both New York University and Rutgers business schools.
